Alfalfa Aloe Kelp Vegetative Tea
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp humic acid
- 1 cup alfalfa meal
- 1 cup fresh aloe or Freeze dried aloe
- 1 cup kelp meal
- 1/2 cup household compost
- 1/2 cup unsulfured molasses
- 4 gallons unchlorinated water
Instructions
- Brew in a 5 gallon tea brewer for 24-72 hours. Strain off liquid and mix 4:1 with unchlorinated water. Save the tea as a concentrate for later use if necessary.
- This type of tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Mix with water at the ratio of 4 parts water 1 part alfalfa tea for use as a soil drench.
Notes
This tea should smell sweet. Any tea with a foul odor should be discarded.
